Hi I'm Steven

I'm Australian living in England. I'm a husband and soon-to-be-Father. I love Motorsports. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I currently work in a busy engine plant. When I'm not there, I love being at home with my wife and preparing for the arrival of our first child. I love to travel. I worked in the WRC for the Ford team and got to see much of the world. I love Motorsports, especially WRC and F1.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a 'Mormon' family. My Grandmother and Grandfather joined the church in Australia. My father joined in England where he met my mother. I am happy to be a part of this legacy, and my children will be part of this too. Just because I was born into it, did not mean that I had to follow it. I wasted nearly two years away from the church. Through sincere prayer I came to know that where I was, was not right. I returned to church and later served a mission in the Australia Brisbane Mission. My greatest joys have come from living the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is how I have met my beautiful wife and am sealed to her for time and eternity, and how our family will be together forever. I know that Jesus Christ has restored His church in our day, through His prophet Joseph Smith. I know that because of this we have the beauty and simplicity of this amazing organisation on the earth again, with our current prophet, Thomas S.Monson. I know all of this because of the Book of Mormon, through reading and praying to know if it is true....and IT IS!! I know that through the restored gospel that I can be with my family again, sealed to them, and living with them again. This gives me great peace and happiness, especially in my own family and with the excitement of our new son.

How I live my faith

I love to go church, they are an extension of my family, and I have felt this wherever I have been in the world. My role in my ward is taking care of the Sunday school. I also teach the adult class. I find this to be very rewarding.
