Hi I'm Sadie

I'm from Shelley, I'm a student, sister, and friend. I'm serving in the Richmond, Virginia Mission... and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

Some of my favorite hobbies are, I like to be outside, no matter if it is rain, snow, sunny, or windy. I also play the piano and the flute. I love music. I like to play softball and basketball. I love spending time with my family, they are my best friends. I have attended college, and am now taking time off to serve a mission. I love learning and gaining a better knowledge of the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that the Book of Mormon is true, I know that Joseph Smith is a true Prophet and that Thomas S. Monson is a true Prophet of God. I have had experiences in my life that can only be explained as miracles. And I know without a shadow of a doubt that they came from our loving Heavenly Father. I fallow Heavenly Fathers gospel because it brings joy to my life. I have something to be happy about everyday, and I can always have something to look forward to. I know that each day that I fallow the gospel that I am also able to gain knowledge and grow more as an individual.

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is I always try my hardest to fulfill my callings. One of my callings in my ward is ward missionary, what I do is invite others to attend meetings, and also make sure that they feel welcomed. I love my calling because it gives me a chance to interact with so many people and make new friends every day.

What do Mormons believe about family?

The best way to know what Mormons believe about families would be to read "The Family: A Proclamation to the World", this explains everything we believe about families. We believe that families are forever. We believe that there is life after death and that we can spend that time with our families again. Death is not the end, we have the special gift of returning to live with our Father In Heaven and also to live with our families. I personally am excited to know that I will always have my family and be able to spend eternity with them. Show more Show less
