About Me

Hey! :) So I have recently returned from serving an 18 month mission in the Greece Athens mission and I can somewhat speak Greek! :) So what do I like to do? Well..... I love to hang out with my friends as much as I can! I love socialising and meeting new people! I also love listening to music and dancing! I am a bit of an adrenaline junky so I love cliff jumping, sky diving and other fun dare devil activities. I love to travel and to see the world! It is so beautiful and I want to explore it! So far I have been to Greece, Cyprus, France, Belgium, Spain, Canada, & America! One of my goals in life is to travel to every country on earth! So I still have a long way to go! I love learning about other cultures and experiencing them! :) I really love sports especially athletics! I love to run, and to play team games! My mother is a horse riding instructor so throughout my childhood I have been around horses. I love riding and have been show jumping and done dressage! I am always up for a challenge! I have 3 beautiful sisters and 2 handsome nephews whom I love dearly! :)

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since January 3rd 2009. I have always believed in God & was brought up in the Church of England, however I always felt that there was something else out there. When reading the book of Mormon & praying about it, I felt the spirit so strong & knew that what I was reading was the word of God & was true. I could not deny it! When attending Church it just felt right & that that was where I needed to be. Since I got baptised I've had many sacred & spiritual experiences that have strengthened my testimony of the truthfulness of Christ's Gospel. The Gospel of Jesus Christ brings me so much happiness & joy words cannot describe! :) I want you to know that I know that Heavenly Father loves us more than we can comprehend. I know that He know us individually & wants to bless us. I know that He desires nothing greater than for us to return to Him. I know that the book of Mormon is the word of God and that reading from its pages can bring us great peace, knowledge & understanding. I know that Joseph Smith was a Prophet of God just like Moses and Noah were, & that through him, the fulness of Christ's gospel was restored to earth so that we are able to partake of its blessings, but more importantly, so that we can return to live with our loving Heavenly Father. I know that Jesus Christ lives and that through Him we can be forgiven of our sins, if we repent & have a heart felt willing desire to change. Moroni 10:3-5♥

How I live my faith

I live my faith by my example. I live it by striving to follow what Jesus Christ taught and the example he set. I live my faith mainly by striving to keep the commandments and covenants I have personally made with my Father in Heaven, and by striving to illuminate Christ's countenance through myself. So I attend church every Sunday, and attend the temple once a month. I participate in the institute programme every week, where I am able to learn more about the Saviour and His gospel. I read and study my scriptures, particularly the book of Mormon everyday and I pray every day! I often like to listen to talks by the Prophet and apostles. I strive to remember the Lord in everything I do and to acknowledge His hand in the details of my life. I try my hardest to seek for opportunities to serve those around me and to help wherever, and whenever possible. I also go out with the missionaries as much as possible to help share the Gospel. I live my faith my striving to the best of my ability, to magnify the callings that I receive from my Father in Heaven through my priesthood leaders. By doing so I come closer to Christ, and am perfected in Him. I am able to grow and learn. I also am able to love and serve those around me, blessing lives and uplifting those who need strengthening. What a great honour and privilege! I mainly live my faith by my example. 1 Timothy 4:12 'be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.'
