Hi I'm Elder Tre Brady

I'm a missionary. I love studying languages and astrophysics. I grew up in Naperville Illinois. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love studying languages. Something about being able to connect with other people around the world has always sparked interest in me. I took Chinese and German before my mission, and got called to serve in the Korea Daejeon mission as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints. I love studying space and its physics, and like to read books by Steven Hawkings. Movies are a big hobby of mine, and could often be found watching movies of all languages. My favorite sports are volleyball, raquetball, and baseball. Only found out about how fun volleyball is once i started my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I've chosen to be a member of this church, ever since i chose to be baptised when I turned 8 years old. I've struggled through parts of my life, as everyone does, but I found comfort and solace in the Atonement of Jesus Christ. He knows what I've gone through. He went through it for me. He did what he did, personally, for every single person who lived, lives, or will live on the earth. I continue to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I want to continue to follow my savior. Before I started my mission papers, i had leaned on the testimony of my family and friends. but once i took that step in commiting myself to following the savior for 2 years of my life, 24/7, I truly became converted to this gospel. I wouldnt want to spend 2 years of my life for anyone else, doing anything else. I love being a member of this church, and know that others have just as much of a possiblility to feel these things as I have. Jesus Christ loves everybody individualy, and i want to help others to feel this.

How I live my faith

I'm a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints, and started my mission in Korea, on May 29th 2013. I chose to go on a mission for 2 years of my life because i want to share the restored gospel with people around the world. I want them to understand how important religion is in this fast paced world. There is always time for it, and i know taking time for it has greatly blessed my life. I chose to go on a mission to be the Lords servant, to be able to help others feel the joy and peace that come with living this gospel. Before my mission, I helped a lot with feed my starving children in my city, because I know that it is our duty as children of God to ensure the happiness and life of our brothers and sisters around the world. I love being a missionary right now, and having to rely on my faith strengthens it.
