Hi I'm Elizabeth Harrison

Serving as a missionary in the Mozambique Maputo Mission! I love Jesus Christ, life, and my family.

About Me

Seventh of eight siblings! I love basketball, golf and, of course, tennis. Before my mission, I was studying Exercise Science at BYU. After I return from Mozambique, I hope to become a Physician's Assistant. (Working in Geriatrics?? I love the elderly more than anything.) I use my free time to spend time with family, friends, and learning more about Christ. I feel so blessed and honored to serve as a missionary for our Savior.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate enough to grow up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am a Mormon because it is true and it gives me peace, happiness, and fulfillment. I feel the most complete when I recognize God's love is everywhere. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because it is an absolute blessing and with this membership I can return to my Father in Heaven once again.

How I live my faith

Jesus Christ is a huge part of my life. He has saved me time and time again. He has comforted me, loved me, and strengthened me. The principles of the gospel effect every aspect of my life. I am so grateful for all the blessings that surround me in the world. It is so beautiful and full of miracles. I strive to follow the Savior by patterning my life after him. I want to share his love with the world because he has shared it with me. I do this by doing the small and simple things that make life better. I read the Book of Mormon and the Bible. I pray always. I fast. I strive to be obedient to his commandments. I look for opportunities to serve others. I am optimistic and I am grateful for my life.
