Hi I'm Ben

I am a Sheet Metal worker in Las Vegas. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I have been married for 13 years. We have 5 Beautiful children. I like to shoot shotguns, and eat good food. I also like the outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of the church, but never took it to heart. As I grew older I moved further and further away from it. When I started dating my wife she insisted that we go to church. As an adult I began to listen and to study the teachings of Jesus Christ. I am so happy that I found the truthfulness of His gospel. I thank my Heavenly Father every day that I know know of his plan for us, and that I can share it with my family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best every day. I try to be the best example I can be for my friends and family. I know that good is contagious. I want everyone to be happy.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Ben
We willingly pay tithes to fulfill a promise made by God's children as early as the first book in the Bible (Genesis 28:22). 10% of my income goes to help spread the word of God so that everyone is able to hear God's plan of happiness. When you sacrifice a little God blesses you with everything you need. Show more Show less
