Hi I'm Bryant

I was in Marching band. I love playing frisbee. I'm a Mormon

About Me

My name is Bryant Hinton, and I was born in Moscow, Idaho. My family moved soon after that, and I ended up spending 7 years in a small town in Indiana called Connersville. I made some good friends there, but eventually my parents really wanted to get back to Utah, where they had both grown up. So we packed our things and headed to Lehi, Utah. It is there where I lived before leaving for my mission, and where I went through Junior High, and through High School. I have made some awesome friends, and had some great teachers who have helped show me many new things in life that I previously did not understand. I joined the band, am now a fairly accomplished Trombone player, and have had a better experience than I could ever dream of.

Why I am a Mormon

Though this answer may seem simple, I say it because it is the truth. I continue to follow the gospel of Jesus Christ, because it is the only true gospel, and I have faith in that fact. He atoned for our sins, and He showed us the way. How could I not follow Him? I love this church and I know that I will be blessed if I continue on the straight path towards exaltation.

How I live my faith

I have been called to the presidencies of multiple different quorums, as a deacon, teacher, and priest. During that time I was able to learn a lot about how things are run, and how to fellowship other quorum members. For the past few years, I have also been called as a home teacher, a calling which my father and I fulfilled regularly. My greatest calling though, I believe was serving as a counselor for special needs mutual. There I got to help those who were less fortunate. Help them to love life, and keep on going strong. I'm so thankful that I have had these experiences, and I look forward to the future, especially my recent call to serve as a missionary in the Philippines, Laoag mission.
