Hi I'm Hannah Stoehr

I was raised in Hawaii, grew up in a military family, moved all around. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to go swimming whenever it is an option to do so. Going on walks, camping on the beach, puzzles and reading, going to movies and listening to music. But mainly i enjoy playing the piano, I've been playing for 6 years teaching myself how to play. I recently got married 8 months ago to the love of my life. No kids yet but look forward to having them one day. I've attended school in the past, almost finished but since i got married its been put on hold. I plan on finishing school once my husband graduates at the end of the year. I was raised in a military family so i know what its like to move around a lot and struggle to have my father deployed. It was really tough and I really had to step up as being the big sister.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was raised in the church but not for that reason. I choose to follow the church's teaching because I know they are right. I have been so blessed to have been raised in the church but that doesn't mean that it's easy. As a youth I felt that I knew the church is true. I felt such a strong feeling in my heart of love and truth, it has really helped me grow not only as a youth but also as an adult. Another time is when I got married in the temple and I felt closer to the Lord. I know that this church is true, I am so grateful for all of the blessings that the church has given me. I am so thankful for such a loving family. I know that today we have a living prophet who leads and guides this church.

How I live my faith

I work with with the children in the church, I teach them lessons on Sunday that will help them when they get older and make choices for themselves. I also work with boy scouts, I help them advance to the next stage and teach them skills or qualities when they become adults. A way that I stand out to the community is that I live the gospel day to day, by trying to be a good example to others.
