Hi I'm Ryan

I love Guitar and Banjo. I try to be a day maker for others every single day. I am a Mormon.

About Me

Hey I am Ryan and I just graduated from an exciting high school career! It was such a great experience and I'm very grateful for the fun times I had with my friends and family. In high school I was what you might call a goof. I loved being myself and letting my personality show. Some things that I participated in were track and field, cross country, Madrigals and PLT (Peer Leadership Team) PLT is a class where you are primarily doing service for the community around you. You also go to elementary schools and teach the kids how to withstand drugs, alcohol and violence. So as you can see I love to run and to be active. I also love anything that is outdoors. I have always loved to play sports, and love learning how to do new things. I love to sing and play guitar. I have written several songs and love to play for my friends. I am an eagle scout which can allude to how much I love doing things outside. I am serving a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, after my mission I plan on going to a university and study psychology in personality studies and work with business corporations to help them develop the best leadership skills they can with the personality traits they have. I as well would love to be a marriage and family counselor so we will see what happens.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have found that by reading the Book of Mormon I have never been so happy in my entire life. I am not talking about pleasure, or that is happiness that only lasts for one night or for a certain matter of time; I am talking about pure joy. I can look at myself in the mirror and truly say that I am full of pure joy. By living the principles that are found in the Book of Mormon I am drawn closer to my Savior Jesus Christ and I have come to know that I am a child of God. I have come to know that I have a Loving Heavenly Father who hears my prayers that I say every single morning and evening when I am down on my knees pouring out my heart to him. I know that he knows who I am in this busy world and when no one else has time for me, I know he does. By reading the Book of Mormon I have come to know of it's truthfulness by asking Heavenly Father if it is true. I have felt the peaceful feeling of the Holy Ghost which bears witness to my heart that it is true, and because the Book of Mormon is true, Joseph Smith was a true prophet who did in reality speak with God through Personal Revelation. Just as prophets of old Joseph Smith had restored to him all preisthood keys that Christ Had established when He was on the earth. Because I know Joseph Smith was a true prophet I know that the church he restored to the earth, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is indeed the same church Jesus Christ established during his earthly Ministry. I know this church that I belong to is true. And You can find out too, don't take my word for it, go read the Book of Mormon and see if your life is not profoundly blessed by the great principles in that book if you live by them.

How I live my faith

I am a Missionary and I preach the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. My purpose is to bring others unto Christ by loving the people I serve and inviting them to come unto Christ by having faith in Him, repenting of their sins and being baptized in His name for a remission of their sins so they can receive the amazing gift of the Holy Ghost from our Father In Heaven. I have left my family to serve the Lord for two years and try to share what I know and believe to be true with all of my heart to the amazing people of New England.
