Hi I'm Kenneth Lamb

I'm a Mormon and have been blessed by the Lord all my life.

About Me

I was raised in Arizona by good parents on a small dairy farm and was taught to work and to play baseball by my older brothers. While ball playing was an important part of my life that is where I first gained a belief in God and that He knows me. After serving on an LDS Mission in Japan I returned home and then married a wonder person who has inspired my life and the life of my six children. We have lived in wonderful places including Nevada and a smaller community in Utah. The people in these places have blessed my life. My wife and I have been called to serve a mission in Japan and we look forward to renewing friends and meeting wonderful people.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been a great influence on my life. The teachings of the Savior have been an example to me and my family. My wife and children, their wonderful spouses and my grandchildren are a priority in my life and we as a family are trying to make the Savior the center of all that we do. One ancient prophet humbly said, "God has been with us". I too, can say these words. We have been given the temple and its sacred ordinances to help us continue to grow in this life and to prepare for the life to come. In the temple is where I find peace from the turmoils of this life and the strength to continue. In the temple my wife and I have been given the necessary ordinances to continue our family relationship beyond the veil. With strength from the Lord to meet the daily obstacles, I hope that I will continue on this trek until my time is finished on this earth. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

More recently we have lived in a smaller community where my wife and I increased the population of the town to 314 when we moved here. The place reminded me of my rural background and the home life that I was taught about the LDS Church and faith in God that he hears and answers prayers. The people in this community have been kind to us and we have felt love from the people.
