Hi I'm Cade

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love music, sports, and staying active.

About Me

I love spending time with friends and family. I love music. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. I enjoy being active including playing sports, exercising, and going boating and skiing. I am looking forward to attending college after I finish my mission. I enjoy being with people and talking to people. I love food and math is something I generally enjoy in school. I play the piano and the drums, and look forward to learning the guitar when I finish my mission. I love to play basketball and golf and I enjoy doing all of these things with my friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an active family in this church. Throughout much of my life, I have been able to rely on the testimonies of my parents and other leaders that I have been surrounded by. Recently since I have gotten my mission call, I have called into question my beliefs. Because I have been surrounded by strong testimonies my entire life, it hadn't dawned on me that I really needed to develop my own. After searching and praying about this church, I have come to know of its truthfulness. And I have known it all along. I know that when I live within the standards that Christ has established through this church, that I am happier. I have lived otherwise and been able to contrast the difference. I know that this church is the church of Jesus Christ. I have a firm knowledge that temples are the house of the Lord. I love the Book of Mormon. There is no truer book on this Earth, and it compliments the Bible perfectly. I also love the Bible and its teachings of Christ. I know of the importance of eternal families and look forward to being able to have one of my own. I know that through the gospel of Jesus Christ comes true peace and happiness, and it is the only way. I have experienced the joy that this gospel brings into my life, and have seen the consequences and unhappiness of those who have fallen away from this gospel, but have also seen the joy that this gospel brings into others lives. I know that we have a living prophet today and the God still gives revelation to His children. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. I am so grateful for the blessings I have been given, especially to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I have served in a number of callings since I was twelve, including Deacon's Quorum President, Ward Family History Consultant, and Ward Organist. I enjoy attending church every Sunday, as well as attending the temple as often as I can. I enjoy helping others and teaching others about my faith. I home teach two families and try my best to be an example to everyone around me.
