Hi I'm Tyler

I currently reside in Las Vegas, NV (Saint City) but will shortly be off to Chile on a mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently graduated from high school; where I held the position of Student Body Vice President and also played football and tennis. I have a deep passion for sports and love to play them whenever I can. I have 3 siblings and parents who I hold very dear to my heart. As I mentioned above I will be serving a mission in Chile quite soon but currently have a job as a furniture delivery man. I plan on attending BYU when I get back. I love to work hard and get my hands dirty while doing it .I really enjoy skiing and always am looking for a new way to have fun.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of this church but over time have come to gain a very strong testimony of it. Through personal experiences of reading the Book of Mormon and praying to know if all that it contains is true I have come to know for myself with a surety that it is. Jesus is my Savior and Redeemer. I know that He died for me so that once again I can return to live with Him in the presence of our Heavenly Father. I have felt of the cleansing power that Christ's Atonement brings through sincere repentance and turning back to Him and recommitting to do better then I did before. I know that His Atonement is both infinite and personal; that no matter how many times we mess up we can continually turn back to Him repentantly and that He knows all of our individual pains. I testify that Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the true church of Christ back on the earth in these latter days and that Thomas S. Monson is our living prophet today. I know all that have said is true and these truths burn so strongly in my heart and that is why I choose to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my actions. I have seeked diligently to fulfill the callings and opportunities I have been give from the Lord. I try to go out often with the missionaries whether it is to help them give service or help them teach someone who is not of our faith more about it. I have newly received a calling as a ward missionary and with this calling I have tried to find ways that I can help to uplift those who need it and help bring back people who no longer attend church that once did. I am privileged to demonstrate my faith to my Father in Heaven by going to serve a mission and help to bring his children the good news of Jesus Christ and His cleansing power.
