Hi I'm Ryan

I like soccer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a new college graduate, finishing up a year at my first job. I graduated from college with a degree in math. This was a challenge for me, but it gave me the ability to help other people with their math-phobia. I love playing sports and have played soccer since I was a little kid. I like to run, hike, play the game Balderdash, and go fishing with my Dad and brothers. I have a dog, and I love to laugh.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of the love I feel for others when I help them live the Gospel. The greatest happiness I have felt were the times I was lost in the service of others, using my talents to bless their lives. The values the Gospel teaches have been a source of great happiness for me also. I try to follow the example of the Savior and the examples of other good people in my life, and this does a good job of getting me through the day.

How I live my faith

I like to organize games and events for the people in my ward. My first calling was to help organize a Monday night activity for ward members, and I have served in that position for several years. I also like to sing, and I sing in the ward choir as often as possible. I enjoy helping out in community service projects. One year, I took an interest in World War II. I interviewed my neighbor about his experience in the war, and then helped him and his veteran friends record and publish their histories.
