Hi I'm Eliza

I grew up in Utah. I love dancing, reading, writing, and singing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi! My name is Eliza. I live in Utah with my family. I love dancing, singing, reading, writing, and hanging out with my friends and siblings.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, so I don't know what it is like to not be a member. My parents taught the gospel to me when I was young, and continue to teach me. I have felt the spirit and know that this church is true. I love the church. The church means everything to me. In my house, you look around on the walls and there are pictures of temples, plaques with scriptures or quotes from general authorities, and pictures from the scriptures. These pictures remind me that the church is central in our home. In this world it is hard to be good, especially as a teen. If you try to be good, usually that is what you will get. If you don't try, and live your life thinking that 'It won't matter if I do this, or do that!' you won't stay on the path, or have a hard time getting back on it. I know this church is the only true church. I know that we have prophets on the earth today. I know that the scriptures are true and the stories in them really did happen. I know that Jesus Christ gave his life so that we can live again. I know that he was resurrected so that we can also be resurrected. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I am in the Young Women's program. I am the 1st counselor in my class presidency. I play the piano when we sing for activities.
