Hi I'm Michael

I work for a non-profit. I love to hunt and fish. I love the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a avid hunter and fisherman. I love to be outdoors hiking, camping, boating and anything else related to being outdoors. I am a new dad of beautiful boy and married to a wonderful wife. I am currently trying to figure out what I want to do with my schooling. I am debating between Occupational Therapy and being a Life Flight Pilot.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have found peace and happiness by living the Gospel as restored to the earth by God through Joseph Smith. I have not always believed the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to be the true church. I had to read the Book of Mormon and study the Bible then do what God says to do when we are seeking guidance, which is to pray and as Him if the Book of Mormon is true and if The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is His true church on the earth today. I know God answered my prayer and I know he will answer yours as you seek to know the truth. Remember when seeking any answer to any prayer to ask with a "sincere heart, real intent and having faith in Christ" (Moroni 10:4). I know our Heavenly Father lives, Christ is His Son and our Redeemer. I am grateful for this knowledge as it has brought so much happiness and peace to my life along with a sense of purpose and reason for life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by holding a calling within my ward and by attending church regularly. I am a Ward Mission Leader and get to share my testimony often by sharing it with investigators and my Gospel Principles class I teach. With my calling I get to work with the missionaries often. We coordinate missionary work within my ward boundaries.
