Hi I'm Clinton

I grew up in North Lincolnshire, England. I like to work hard and spend time with my family. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I spend most of my time either with my family, working, or doing something related to my religion. I have been happily married for several years and have 3 young children, all boys. The boys have a lot of energy and they are hard to keep up with, but I love them to bits. My happiest moments in life are definitely when we are together as a family, having a good time and getting to know and appreciate each other better. Getting along as a family isn't always easy, but is definitely worth the effort. In my work life, I am an investment analyst and a (very nearly) qualified actuary. I like to think I work hard and find satisfaction in doing a good job. My work can be challenging at times, but it stretches me and gives me opportunities to continue learning, which I really appreciate. I graduated from university with a degree in engineering. I also enjoy spending time with friends, watching films and occasionally playing computer games. My wife is French, so we spend a lot of time in France, which I also really enjoy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because deep down I feel the teachings of this church are true. I know there is a God who watches over me and my family, loves us and wants us to be all that we can be.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith in several ways. Firstly, and I feel most importantly, it starts in my home. I am raising my children to know who they are, believe in themselves and make positive choices. One of the most important ways I try to do this is by being an example, especially in the way I treat their mother, my wife. My wife is a great woman and she deserves all the love, support and respect I can give her. One of the ways I try to live my faith is by being home on time each day to read my boys a bedtime story. I live my faith by being a good citizen. I keep the law, am honest and treat my fellow citizens with respect. I don't do anything extraordinary, but I try to be the kind of person I hope other people are trying to be. I live my faith by going to church each Sunday with my family. When I am there I reflect on what life means and get inspiration about how to live.
