Hi I'm Rachal

I am a new mormon. I was baptized December 1st, 2012. I love my faith. I am so thankful to have this gospel in my life.

About Me

I am the only member in my family; my parents struggle with my decision which is hard at times. I am on my way to a temple marriage which is exciting and overwhelming.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because this is where I am meant to be. I have long felt lost and in need of a place where I belong. I am a mormon because I love this gospel and this truth. My life has complety changdd since my conversion; I am a happier person and everything feela right. I know the truth of the Holy Spirit, I feel him every day; I know that Heavenly Father answers prayers; I know this church is true. These truths have changed me for the better. My life and my spirit feel complete now that I have found my way home.

How I live my faith

I really try to be a good example of my faith. I use my college class discussions as an opportunity to share my faith. I participate in YSA activities, ward choir, and try to do well in my visiting teaching. I offer up my time to teach classes when needed. I am fortunate enough to work for a family that is interested in my faith and allows me to share it with their children. I try to reach out to those in need of a kind heart, listening ear, and shoulder to cry on.

What is the Relief Society?

Rachal
I have found the Relief Society to be a wonderful group of women working together to bring and maintain faith in the home. We focus on fellowship and family, supporting the priesthood, and enrichment and service opportunities. It is also a group of women who care about one another very deeply; we share in success, feel each other's pain and sorrow, and work together to bring a loving vibe to our ward sisters.
