Hi I'm Chelsea

I am 22 years old, a registered nurse, have a love for adventure and traveling, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a young single girl who loves life and the people in it. I enjoy playing sports, being outside, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. I work as a nurse at a local hospital in hopes of one day working in an operating room. I'm very much a people person. I love to smile and make others laugh. Family is very important to me. I enjoy trying new things and being spontaneous.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in a family that belonged to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have been a member of His church my entire life. I have learned for myself that this gospel is true and strive everyday to further my relationship with my Heavenly Father and to further my testimony. My testimony means everything to me. It is my foundation and my rock when trials and hardships come my way. It helps me keep an eternal perspective and realize all that I have to be grateful for. This gospel is what gives me hope when the world at times seems dark and the future seems so unknown. I know that my Heavenly Father is mindful of me and my situation and loves me because I am his daughter and that I have divine potential. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ, I know that when I make mistakes I can be forgiven so that I can be able to return to my Heavenly Father someday and be sealed to my family for eternity. The Great Plan of Happiness indeed is the greatest blessing we can ever receive if we choose to be obedient and remain faithful until the end.

How I live my faith

Each day I strive to live my life in a way that is meaningful and selfless. I try to keep a prayer in my heart and remind myself of my Savior throughout the day. I look for opportunities to serve and place my self in an environment where the Holy Ghost can dwell with me so I can receive personal revelation and be an instrument in the Lord's hands. I do my best to be obedient to God's commandments and when I mess up, immediately recognize my mistakes and do what is necessary to make them right. Each day I tell myself it will be a good day and strive to keep a positive attitude. I try to set a good example to those around me and do my best to gain as much knowledge and guidance from the scriptures and the leaders of our church. I pray to my Heavenly Father daily to make sure that my life and what I'm working for aligns with his plans for me. By furthering my testimony and serving those around me, it gives me confidence that I am doing what's right and helps me to know of my individual worth and the importance of my mission here on this earth.
