Hi I'm Jeremie

I coach executives on their strengths and talents. I have 3 amazing kids and an awesome wife. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I believe the family is central to our purpose and we prioritize our children as such. I coach 8u girls softball. I have taken positive parenting coaching. We have family home evenings on Monday nights, go to church on Sundays, stay up late together Friday nights, and play together throughout the week. I spend time with leaders and managers coaching them on their StrengthsFinder assessment, a pschometric assessment developed by Gallup. Everyone has something unique about them and God wants us to apply those talents. I got my MBA at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where I studied for one year in Hawaii and the second year in Guangzhou China. I graduated from BYU with a degree in history and minors in Psychology and Asian Studies. I also did my first two years of college at Las Positas College in Livermore, California.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know there are true prophets on Earth today who speak with God. This is the only church in the world that doctrinally teaches and believes that the family is central to God's plan. Families can be together forever through eternal marriages, rather than just til death do us part. I have read The Book of Mormon and asked God if it is true. I know it is the truth. There are few things anyone really knows when you consider how much knowledge man has discovered and how much he has yet to discover. Really, one person only knows a tiny fraction of all that could be known and all that is yet to be discovered. Too many people make critical decisions based on what they do not know. I feel blessed to have made those decisions on what I do know. This religion is my passion, it is my life, it is the truth because the Savior Jesus Christ is its leader and master.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am the Elder's Quorum President, which means I have the responsiblity to spiritually feed the men of our church between the ages of 18 and 40 years old, so they can be better fathers, husbands, and good men. I coordinate congregation wide initiatives and make sure everyone is getting visited each month by their hometeachers. I also visit families each month and share spiritual messages from the scriptures and modern day prophets.

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?

Jeremie
This church is growing because the message is appealing to a world in need. 1. Our relationships matter ----- Marriages can last forever. ----- Our family endures beyond death into the eternities. 2. God loves us as much as the people in the Bible ----- We get modern prophets too. ----- We get 12 apostles too. ----- We get priesthood authority too. ----- We get temples too. ----- We get ongoing scripture too. ----- He didn't change. He stayed the same. He still speaks to us today. The heavens are open! 3. We actually believe what we teach ----- There is a right way to baptize. ----- There is a right way to be married. ----- There is a right way to raise your children. ----- We believe this is the only true and living church. ----- We actually take a stand in a wishy washy world fearful of implying others are wrong.
