Hi I'm Joshua Reber

I have grown up in Utah all of my life and enjoy boating, skiing, spending time with family and friends, & I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently an 18 year old kid who loves being happy and experiencing positive things. I have always grown up in the epitome of a perfect life. My parents have always helped and supported me in anything and everything I want to do and I have a job so I can maintain a positive life myself as well. I have always grown up in the church and am so thankful for that opportunity. I love doing anything outdoors like fishing, boating, skiing, riding motorcycles etc..

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been raised into this wonderful gospel and am so thankful that my parents have made the choice of being active LDS members. As a teenager I feel we all go through that stage of well I am not sure if this is for me, or why I am even doing this. We reach a point in our youth that really tells us that we need to do something for ourselves, rather than to have our parents influence our decisions. During High School was when I experienced this. I wasn't always sure if this was the true church, I just wanted to make my parents happy. I didn't want to keep living like that so I decided to figure out for myself.. What could I do to decide for myself that this is The Lord and His son's true church? I began to think of how I could receive that feeling I always was longing for. Then it hit me that I needed to read the Book of Mormon for myself and pray unto The Lord to have knowledge of it's truths. A couple months went by and I finally reached that point of knowledge. I felt the spirit and it's blessings it put into my life. I know that if we can read the Book of Mormon and pray with a broken heart and contrite spirit, many blessings will poor into our lives and we will experience joy we haven't experienced.

How I live my faith

I am a leader among my peers throughout church and have been assigned into positions that allow me to guide others. I am currently a missionary in the MTC getting ready to depart to Cordoba Argentina in December.
