Hi I'm anita schoenhals weaver

I grew up in Salt Lake City. Lived in Michigan for 24 years raising 5 children. Now I'm in Texas. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a school teacher until the birth of my first son and thereafter was a stay at home mom. I truly have enjoyed being a mother and consider it to be one of my greatest blessings. I enjoy being active, which includes skiing, water skiing, hiking, cycling and teaching Zumba. I love meeting new people and hearing about their experiences that have made them who they are today.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have read and prayed to my Heavenly Father to know for myself if the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are true. My prayers were answered and my testimony is continually strengthened as I keep the commandments and try to live the gospel. I love the teachings of the church and how it shows me how to be truly happy in this life.

How I live my faith

The kind of person I want to become is a work in progress. I try to pattern my life after the example that the Savior has set. I have tried to teach my children correct principles and set a good example for them to follow. Our family experienced the loss of my husband 4 years ago and my faith in Jesus Christ is what got me through that difficult time. His love is amazing and can truly heal us in our most challenging times. The whole experience really strengthened my testimony of my Savior's love for me.
