Hi I'm Braden

I grew up in Logan, Utah. I've played soccer my whole life. I'm leaving on a mission to the West Indies. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love art. Painting and drawing are my favorite but I have also sculpted. I have played soccer my entire life. My favorite position in soccer is Left Back but I often play Center Back. I have an older brother and a younger sister. My favorite thing to do with my family is to go boating at Lake Powell or Bear Lake.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and have always been active, but I know that this church is true. Often times I hear people at church or bearing their testimony tell of big life changing experiences after praying about the Book of Mormon, but I have never had one of those. I do know that the Book of Mormon is true without it, and I feel that the Lord knew I didn't need something big to confirm it for me. As I read the Book of Mormon there are no doubts in my mind of its truthfulness. This is a testament to me that my Father in Heaven knows me personally and knows what I need and I can't deny it. I'm so glad I have my own personal unique experience. I love serving others and the happiness it brings me as well as others. I hope that I can make others around me happy. I love being a Mormon

How I live my faith

Me and my Dad are visiting teaching companions and we visit two elderly couples in our area. I love going to teach them but most of the time we are just there to hear their stories and to give them someone to talk to. They get so happy when they see us and it feels like they prepare more for our visit than my dad and I do! With my young men's group we do a lot of service with Boy Scouts. Last year our whole Stake had a Youth Conference where we spent three days fixing up houses in our neighborhood. I was in a group that repainted and put in grass for one of my neighbors. Service is my favorite way to live my Faith
