Hi I'm Ally

I am a native of Southern New Jersey, I love to surf, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have grown up on the beach, and I love water. My favorite things to do are body surf and longboard. I love to be active. I participate in triathlons, I love to connect with people at a soul level. I speak Spanish fluently and I have visited several states in America, Peru, and England. I love to travel and experience beauty wherever I go. I love my family and I know God sent me to them because we have been best friends for a real long time. When I pray, I feel good. The sun makes me smile. My life goal is to love.

Why I am a Mormon

So, I was raised going to church and learning about who Jesus is. I have had periods in my life when I didn't really believe the things I was told, but I realized that I am simply happier when I believe that the words of the prophets are really true! The scriptures give me steadiness and safety. It's so awesome, because when I pray and bring my soul closer to God day by day, no matter where I go or who I am with or without, I feel comfortable! I feel safe and I trust that God is with me and that He has more power than any harm out there. It's a real freedom to live my life this way.

How I live my faith

I try to love people and I pray to feel the good in this world. I love to teach about what I believe in. It is such a joy to my heart to bring people hope through my witness of Jesus Christ. I really have felt His love and His power in my life because I believe He was an actual person who walked this earth and the dirt roads in Jerusalem and healed people just because He loved them and wanted to make their lives happier. That belief brings peace to my life. I feel so privileged that the Savior has entrusted me to care for a few of the sisters in the Church, to be aware of their needs and struggles and tell them that I believe that there is hope for a better world. I also believe that God has organized His children into families in order that each soul would be taken care of if we take care of each member in our own families.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is just living life in a different way than most people do. It's a group of people who live their lives, just based on principles that make the average person happier. Show more Show less
