Hi I'm Danielle

I was baptized at age 8. I still had to build my own testimony and am still building it daily. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife of 4 years, a daughter, a friend and a coworker. I graduated college with a bachelor's degree and am halfway through my Master's degree in Business. I am a project manager at a payroll/human resources company and enjoy my time there. I enjoy spending time with my husband as he works on his Master's in business as well. Photography and photo-editing are my favorite hobbies and I strive to keep up that talent.

Why I am a Mormon

My Mother and Father are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints so when I turned 8, I chose to be baptized into the church. I remember feeling peace and happiness as I was confirmed a member of the Church. My testimony was small but it has grown so much through the ups and downs of life. No matter the hardships, I always have been able to have the Holy Ghost with me as I tried to make decisions and make myself a better person. There have been times in my life, where I needed to re-evaluate my life and testimony and pray to know of the truth of certain teachings, and every time, I have felt that spirit come into my life to help me know what I should do or how I should change. I am most thankful for the gospel because repentance helps me to know of God's love and support for me, his daughter. Whenever I am able to use the atonement in my life, God has spoken to me through the spirit, to know of my divine nature, and of my individual worth no matter what my trial or no matter what my sin. I have a testimony that God knows each of us individually, and as we build a relationship with him and his son Jesus Christ, we will gain and keep a testimony of him. I am a Mormon because I have a testimony that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ along with the Bible. These 2 books compliment each other and the Book of Mormon adds the the fullness of the true gospel of Christ.

How I live my faith

My life is my faith. For me, I wouldn't be able to follow the commandments that heavenly Father wants me to follow unless my heart and soul is completely in it; and this involves me living the things that I know and the things that I have a testimony of. My husband and I teach the 7-8 year old kids every Sunday in Sunday School. It has been a wonderful experience to see how much faith and knowledge these kids have at an early age. When these children bare their testimonies to me, it makes me want to live my life more faithfully. They are an example to me.
