Hi I'm Jesse

I grew up in northern California, I am a hairstylist, a landscaper, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello my name is Jesse. I'm currently working a full time job for a landscaping company in Idaho. My hobbies include; Fishing, hiking, playing music, drawing, singing, botany, etc... My favorite hobby is having many hobbies. I graduated from hair school at Paul Mitchell in 2012 and now I am working right now on saving up enough money so that I can serve a full time mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon simply because I know without a doubt in my heart, that this gospel is true. before I got baptized, I was very much against the Mormon church. I knew nothing about it and had only heard ridiculously things from non-members about it, so I wrote it off as a silly colt and stayed far away from it. It wasn't until several years later, and by the persuasion of a pretty girl that I sat down with the missionaries. I began taking the lessons and Soon I was given a Book of Mormon. I remember when I began my conversion, it happened when one night I found my self looking at the Book and wondering if it were true. So I did something I never thought I would do. Like it says in Moroni 10:4. I asked of God, with true intent if these things were true, and if it were I would give place in my heart that I could know. After this I began to feel a need to know more and more, and after many lessons from the missionaries, I could no longer run from the feelings that I had. I knew deep down in my heart that it was all true and that I couldn't avoid it any longer, and I knew I had to get baptized. The happiness that this has given me is beyond words. Heavenly father has opened my eyes and has allowed the blessings of heaven as well as his love to surround me. I am now preparing for a mission so that I might be able to help someone else find this same joy that I have.

How I live my faith

In the church we have responsibilities given to us to serve one another and those are called callings, My calling is a secretary for the young men in the church. I help organize activities, go on visits and try to find those who are in need of help weekly, and help organize home teaching assignments. I live my faith by not only doing what I have been asked to do or what is required, but by doing all that I can to serve my heavenly father.
