Hi I'm Heather

I grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. I'm a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, I'm Heather. I have lived in Utah all my life and I was raised in the LDS faith. I am about to leave on a mission to Oklahoma City. Before leaving for my mission I was going to school to become a teacher.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a "Mormon" because every week when I go to church, when I pray at night, and when I read my scriptures I feel complete. Even with all the problems there are in the world, I know that I have a special place in it. I was raised in this church. I was born to parents that believed it was necessary to teach what this church stood for. Over my life I have formed my own testimony of what my parents were always teaching me as a child. That this church is true and that God lives.

How I live my faith

One way I live my faith is by accepting and fulfilling the church callings I was given. My most recent calling in my ward was the Munch and Mingle Co-Chair. This means that I provided food at the end of some block meetings at my singles ward. This allowed mingling between everyone.
