Hi I'm Kenzie

I grew up in Colorado! I am a missionary! I love learning. I love life! And people! I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I'm a college student, and I am going to major in exercise science and I hope to one day be a physicians assistant. What can I say? I have big dreams of helping people one day/ I enjoy hiking every day that I can, I love to play volleyball, and I love trying out new sports and games and what not. But my favorite thing to do is just to be and play with the people I love, those being my friends and my family. They mean the world to me! I am currently serving as a missionary for the church and I love it! I love meeting new people and traveling new places. I want to travel the world and see so many new things!!! The world is soooo beautiful and Heavenly Father has been so good to us. So I want to see it all!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family. Both my parents had grown up Mormon, and both had served missions for the church too! However, that doesn't mean I was forced into the church. My parents always encouraged me to find out for myself if the church was true or not. There were many times that I can recall feeling the Holy Ghost speak to me telling me that the church was true. When I finished the Book of Mormon for the first time, I remember just feeling comforted and happy. I recognized the blessings also that I found myself receiving for being a member of the church. I can recall at one point seeing someone who I was very close with leaving the church and me having to pray to my Heavenly Father again asking if this church was the true church. I needed peace to know that this was indeed His gospel. I instantly received that peace. I felt whole and complete and knew that this was the church and gospel that was His when Jesus Christ came to earth. I loved it! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! And I love it now! This is IT! This is the fulness of Christ's gospel restored. And I know it!

How I live my faith

As I right now currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I also taught the lovely sisters in my ward almost every Sunday at school. I love teaching, and for a while there I taught the young ladies of our ward leaders once a month. I really cannot wait to get home and share the gospel with others though too! This is so true
