Hi I'm Anne

I'm a student, a wildlife fanatic, and a future Veterinarian. I'm a second-generation missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have had a love of nature and wildlife from the earliest years I can remember. While my friends were obsessing over the Power Rangers, and Goosebumps, I was busy watching Animal Planet and getting lost in Zoobooks. When I was 13 I had the opportunity to volunteer at my local zoo, and spent the next four years getting up close and personal with all sorts of our God's magnificent creations. When I left home three years ago to attend my University, I knew exactly what I wanted to study: Veterinary Science. It's a long road, but I am looking forward to one day earning a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to two hard working, loving parents who both made the decision when young adults to serve the Lord as Missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints . Through their continued examples, I have seen the blessings which come from growing closer to the savior. As I have sought to find answers to my own questions about life and my purpose here, I have found strength, guidance, and answers through Christ and His espoused church. I have found that having tasted of the truth which the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints offers, I cannot be satisfied by any alternative way of living. I would have you know, that I know, that the source of the truth which I have found in this church is God the Eternal Father and His son, Jesus Christ. This church is the kingdom of God once again established on the earth. It is led by an inspired leader, a prophet, as was the church in the times of old. If any person would grow closer to God, and learn of what his true purpose is for us on this earth, I invite you to do as Nathaniel the apostle did, and "come and see."

How I live my faith

I live my faith by constantly striving to model my life after my Savior's example (and by not getting down-trodden when I fall short!) I love to show my gratitude to my Lord and Savior for all he has given me by respecting and caring for what I consider to be some of his most precious gifts: this magnificent earth, and the many wonderful souls he has placed here to inhabit it.
