Hi I'm Nicholas

I'm a rock climber, an ok soccer player, an avid snowboarder, and a return missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah valley all of my life, and have been a Mormon for my entire life too. I served a full time mission in the Great San Fernando California Mission. I love to go up in the mountains and enjoy the gifts of nature. I like to mountain bike and love to rock climb even though I am terrified of heights. I'm attending university right now and I'm studying Physiology and Developmental Biology.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the LDS faith because I have learned for myself the truths that it contains. I have seen the many ways in which being a member can bless a person's life and want to continue earning those blessings. I have been a member my entire life, but my real conversion began when I was called to be the president of the deacon's quorum in my church. With that calling came many responsibilities which prompted me to pray more frequently and feel the spirit in my life more often. I began to gain a stronger testimony of both the power of the priesthood and the power of prayer. I continue to try and strengthen my testimony daily by maintaining a habit of daily scripture study and prayer, and strive to do this for the rest of my life. I served my mission in California and look forward to continue serving the people that surround me throughout my life.

How I live my faith

I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and I am a digital missionary and also a priesthood holder. After having returned from my mission, my perspective of the church and the impact that it has on my life has changed immensely. Seeing people change their lives and make huge sacrifices for the church has helped me that the Gospel truly is a pearl of great price. Today I try to be an example for others while trying to follow the example of Christ.
