Hi I'm Dason Coronado

I grew up in a small town called Kanrraville, Utah. I am cowboy, basketball player, and a oldest brother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada then when I was about eight years of age I moved to Kanarraville, Utah. I love rodeo and playing sports along with the great princples of the gospel they teach. My favorite sport is basketball and I have played it since I could walk and remember. I love traveling to rodeos with my family and meeting the great people I have become friends with along the way. I am blessed to be apart of others lives and espically my family where I have two younger brothers and a sister being born of goodly parents to lead the way. I plan on attending Southern Utah University year and obtaining my associates degree where I then will contiuning my schooling somewhere else to achieve a Law Degree. My desire is to work with prisoners (juviniles specifically) and let them know they have a Heavenly Father who loves them and they have divine potenial to become noble. I am grateful for the healing power of the Atonement and know it can work in everyones life. I recieved my misson call to serve as resprenative of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 6, 2013. I been have called of God to serve in the Brazil Maceio Mission and will report to the Brazil MTC on October 30th 2013. I love all of God's childern and I will always feel inadequate to share His gospel but full of gratitude and joy to be given the oppurtunity to invite others to come unto him with out stretched arms.

Why I am a Mormon

In the past years I did not have a testimony, niether was I living the standards of this church and gospel but at around age seventeen I started reading the sciputres, specifically the Book of Mormon. It is then where a tiny seed(testimony) started to grow as I nourshed each day by reading the Word of God. The Holy Ghost has both testified and witnessed that is the true church and how great of peace it brings. The principles that are taught bring me comfort and give me hope that I can live with my family for eternity and my Heavenly Father. This gospel lets me become clean from all worldly things if I repent and humble myself before the Lord. I continue to follow Him because I know He is the only way I can return home and He will never lead me astray. I follow Him because of His pure love for all men and the gifts He has given to all. He stands at the head of this church and I know it is true with my whole heart and soul.

How I live my faith

I learned awhile ago that the most effective way to live my faith was not by words but by actions. I strive and sturggle to keep the commandments of God but with the help of the Savior it is much easier to live my faith. I try to live the gospel at all times and only use words if necessary. Morevoer, I am human and very imperfect but I try to emulate the joy I recive to others who surround me by following the Saviors example and sharing my testiomony that He lives and perfectly loves each of us.
