Hi I'm Trent

I was born and raised in Provo, Utah. I go to college. I'm about to leave on a mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from high school in 2012 where I was on the Football team, the Volleyball team and the Ultimate Frisbee team. I am currently going to college studying to become an accountant. I am preparing to leave on a mission to South Africa.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and have never known life outside of it. Being a member of the church has brought many blessings to my life that I know I would not have had otherwise. I know that without the Church I would not be the person that I am today. The Church has also put many influential people into my life who have helped me in so many ways. I know that this Church is the true Church. I know that we have living prophets today that can give us guidance in what the Lord wants us to be doing. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I am so grateful to have it in my life and hope that whoever is reading this can come to know of the blessings that are made possible through the Gospel.

How I live my faith

Growing up in the church I have had many callings over the years. We were organized into groups of young men who were my same age and as we grew older we would be advanced to the next group. As I grew older I was placed in charge of these groups on every level. It was my responsibility to lead all of us and to make sure that we all knew what was expected of us and make sure that no one fell behind. This calling allowed me to feel love for my fellow young men as we grew together and I am grateful for the opportunity. Now that I am older I am no longer in this position but I continue to go to church and learn from positions of responsibility.
