Hi I'm Christopher Walker

I grew up in 6 countires, I love people, and Im a Mormon.

About Me

I have traveled my whole life. I have personally been to over 25 countries. Seeing how each culture operates in it's own way has been a blessing in my life. I feel that because I have been blessed with all these opportunities, I need to repay God by using them to help others around the world. I plan to teach around the world and show kids that cultures make the world go round. I have seen first hand how God loves each of His children. I have especially seen that in my own life.

Why I am a Mormon

Moving around every 2 years is not a very good way to grow up and be solid in a Gospel. Because I grew up around so many people and never really learned how to make friends. In that short period of time, I developed social-anxiety. This has changed my life dramatically. Its difficult to talk to people I don't know, which makes it difficult to serve a church mission and preach the Gospel. But because I have had the opportunity to study the Atonement and rely on Christ in my life, I have been able to serve my mission with relative ease. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because without Christ, the restored priesthood, and my trials, I would not be the man I am today.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a full-time mission In the Oregon, Salem Mission. I feel that because I have seen how this gospel has blessed my life, I need to share that with others so we can all have the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I live my faith by loving people and giving everyone a second chance.

Mormons believe Jesus Christ is their Savior. Why do we need a Savior?

Christopher Walker
Jesus Christ is the Savior and Redeemer of the world. He suffered all the pains and suffered the punishment for each of our sins. Although he saved us all, we are still acountable to Him. We need a Savior becuase we are all sinners. Jesus Christ willingly took upon Himself to atone, or to redeem, our sins. Show more Show less
