Hi I'm Tyler

I grew up in Ogden, Utah. In high school I was quite active in my High School FFA Chapter. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love to hunt, fish, and work on farm equipment. I have 3 horses, 1 mule, 3 dogs, and 4 llamas. My family and I enjoy packing with our animals as well as spending time together in the outdoors. One thing that I have really come to appreciate was the opportunity I had to go to work with my dad and fix farm tractors. I graduated from high school in Utah in 2012. I was an active member of the FFA and my life seamed to revolve around it. I'm currently serving as a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints in The Canada Edmonton Mission and i'm loving it! I wouldn't rather be anywhere else in the world right now!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have received a firm testimony that there is no other way for my family and I to return to live with my heavenly father for all eternity. There is a happiness and an overwhelming feeling of gratitude that only comes from striving to live the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed in these latter days. If it wasn't for the love of a great friend of mine I probably wouldn't be anywhere close to the same position I am in today, and that's what the gospel is there for. We are instructed to help all those that we come in contact with by giving them a chance to partake of the blessings that come from this wonderful plan. As a result of the love shown to me by this friend and my loving and supportive family I was led back to the path that my father in heaven has set before me. Because I now have a steadfast foundation in Christ and his atonement, I am on the lords mission in Alberta, Canada to show the same love to others hoping that I will be able to touch someone else's life and help them experience that same change that I was able to feel. I choose to be a Mormon!

How I live my faith

The most relevant way I live my faith right now is by trying to share it with everyone that I come in contact with daily. I strive to reflect the light of Christ in my everyday activity's. Not just at church or in my home but I try to serve everyone I see, whether it be on the street, at the gym, knocking on doors at work or teaching in someone's home. It might not always be an opportunity to help someone with physical hard working service but sometimes even just a friendly hello and a smile is all it takes to make someones day. As a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints I share the restored truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ 24/7. Every morning I study and pray for these opportunity to help make a positive difference in someones life. By doing so I see my life change for the greatest and my faith grows stronger and stronger every day.
