Hi I'm Anna

I am a softball player, a sister and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Washington state, where the people are diverse as their opinions. I love the rain, but every now and a again I enjoy some sunshine. I have been playing softball since I was five. For the passed two years I have had the privilege to play for the BYU softball team. My whole family has supported me through the good and the rough times. I am one of six children with two amazing parents. We are happily living the gospel and doing our best everyday.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in to this church. My parents are members and my family line can be traced back to the pioneers. I am a Mormon, however, because I know that this is Christ's church. I have gained this knowledge with the help of my parents, but when it came down to it I needed to find out for myself. I came to know that this is Christ's church by seeing the goodness of it and the happiness that it brings so many people. I read the scriptures and felt something inside me say that this is all true. Sometimes it seems crazy, but in my heart I know that Christ lives, Joseph Smith saw him and Heavenly Father and they directed him to translate the Book of Mormon and to organize this beautiful church. I am grateful everyday that I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I take my faith very seriously. I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior very much; i want to do what they have asked my to do. I love to participate in church activities to support those who have put them together and being with people that understand me. I am also excited that I will soon be serving a mission. I have decided this because I want as many as people as possible to know that Christ lives and he loves all of us.
