Hi I'm Juli

I move a lot, I know anywhere I go I'll have the church, and I'll always have a friend in church. I'm proud to be Mormon.

About Me

I'm a teenager. Not yet old enough to get a job. I'm still trying to figure out who I am, and who I want to be.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. While I've been growing up, I've learned about the gospel, but I don't fully understand it or know all it's teachings. I choose to stay in this church because I know that God has a plan for us, and through the teachings of His past and present prophets I can follow His plan, and help others to follow His plan as well. I invite friends to church because I know that the knowledge that someone is there for me, cares about me, and loves me, is something I want to be able to share with the world.

How I live my faith

I am the second youngest in my 14-15 group at church, but I am the president, and I represent the other girls my age. I help plan the activities that bring our youth together, and give them the support that they need.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Juli
God gave us all that we have. While we're here on earth he is in turn asking us to give 10% to further his work, and to help others in their path back to Him. I've never seen tithing as a burden, or a problem. We know that by paying our tithing we are in turn receiving blessings, and I never feel like I don't have enough when I pay my tithing.
