Hi I'm Brady

Eagle Scout, I am Restarting up a business and starting up another. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am third oldest out of six children. Salt Lake City, Utah I was born grew up in Utah moved to Washington middle my 9th grade. I graduated from Olympic high school in Washington. I got my Eagle Scout award my senior year of high school. I went to Olympic College graduated with two Associate’s degree in computer and one general degree in general AAS and a certificate in proficiency in Oracle Database. I have Asperger’s (a form of Autism) and a Learning disability. I have a talent with computer. I am very good at stretching my budget. I moved back to Utah this year and work at the DI. I like Volleyball and Basketball. I am a Star Trek fan. I was born into the church, and I was baptized at the age 8. I went inactive when my parents went inactive at about 13 years of age. When you are a kid, you relied on your parent’s testimony until you get your own. My testimony that I had as kid was gone. I wanted nothing to do with the church. I did not believe in the church. I was glade when we moved to Washington no one to bother me why I did not attend. I went to other churches in Utah and Washington. I went to school in Olympia two work on my bachelor degree. I decided to change schools in the second year at the College in Olympia and came home to go to Olympic College to work on my AAS degree to transfer to Central Washington University in Ellensburg. I went to SBC church since I came home. Latter on the senior pastor moved back where his parents are on the east coast.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents came church. Two elders gave me Book of Mormon. They left, not very interested reading threw into recycle bin. Latter summer two elders dropped by asked would come to church, I said yes. Nevertheless, after they left told myself why say that. I am an eagle scout, gave them my word I come, and so then, I came as I said I would. I attend church, activities but during sacrament, told myself don't believe in it. Just attending because my parents and no other place go to church wanted go to. Moved away to Central Washington University in Ellensburg. Attended church there knew no one there knew as a way meet people. Attended Institute there, took the book of Mormon class. Person taught class was very good, even shared his testimony during class. Attended very good branch. Somehow, I did 180 from few months ago and started investigating church. I started taking discussions. I started read book of Mormon. I desired book is true. Therefore, got on my hand and knees to pray know if it was true. Not just little prayer but like food hungered know book true. Received powerful, overwhelming answer and that knew Book of Mormon was true, knew church was true, Joseph was true prophet. Became priest, then got my Patriarchal Blessing, then an elder. Amazing experience when got my Patriarchal Blessing. Went to the temple the first time after coming back. I found true happiness from Gospel, Book of Mormon. Remember before gaining testimony always didn't like feeling being afraid death.

How I live my faith

I read my scripture, pray, keep the commandments that heavenly Father has given me. Do my different church callings. I follow the scout oath, law, motto, and slogan. I attend Church. The way you live your faith is by being honest in your every action.
