Hi I'm Nate

I am the youngest of twelve kids, not to mention the tallest. I love to run and read; and I love being a Mormon!

About Me

I am a Sophomore in College. I attend Brigham Young University. I love to run. I was on my High School's Cross Country team. In my Junior High Band and Jazz Band I played the Clarinet and Alto Saxophone, respectively. I love to read. I love being involved in service and leadership activities. I love hiking with my friends, along with any other activity involving something new and exciting. I love spending time with my brothers and sisters. Shortly I will embark on the greatest journey of my life, becoming a full time missionary for my church.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know it to be true. I was raised as a member of the Mormon church my whole life. I did it mostly because it was what was expected of me and I wanted to be obedient to my parents. It wasn't until I got into my Junior year of high school that I decided that either I knew this church was true or I did not. I was either going to live the gospel of Jesus Christ or I was not. In that year there was a longing that grew inside of me for something much greater. I wanted more from my life and I knew that the only way I could get it was by becoming truly converted to the teachings of our Lord and Savior. I did just that and it has made all the difference in my life.

How I live my faith

I am living my faith by becoming a missionary for my church. I have chosen to serve as a representative of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I will be serving in the Belgium/Netherlands mission. I will be preaching His gospel for two years. For me this is the most powerful way I can live my faith, and I am so excited to do so!
