Hi I'm Amanda

I am from California. I love hunting, wakeboarding, snowboarding; basically anything outdoors. And yes, I am a Mormon!

About Me

I was raised Mormon, but truly converted at the young age of fourteen. I was challenged by one of my teachers, and couldn't respond because I knew too little. I decided then that I wanted to be prepared, learn, and gain my own testimony. I am so glad because I love Jesus Christ and His gospel. I am currently attending college, and just finished a semester while maintaining my 4.0. I love to snowboard, wakeboard, surf, hunt, fish, camp, paintball, and anything else adventurous. I love the outdoors, and exploring. I also drive a motorcycle. I love to read, draw, and learn.

Why I am a Mormon

I read the Book of Mormon, and prayed to know if it was true. I listened with my soul, and felt the Holy Ghost testifying to me of the truthfulness of this gospel. Everything that I have learned as I have done personal study, and attended church; everything adds up, and none of my questions go unanswered. I know the love I feel each time I attend church, and listen to the gospel doctrines and principles. I have a testimony, and could never deny that I know the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true gospel. This is the gospel that has since been fully restored to this earth; the very same organization and gospel that Jesus Christ organized while on this earth.

How I live my faith

As a Mormon, often faith is thought of as a verb. I try to read at least a chapter of the scriptures and pray everyday. I current calling is to serve a mission.
