Hi I'm Melia Mason

I am a cake decorator. I am college student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am am a student at Arizona State University. I have also been working for years as a cake decorator out of my house to get me through school. I love it. I enjoy things like baking, sewing, cooking making jewelry and basically anything crafty. I am a few days away from reporting to my mission and I cannot wait! I have been called to serve in the California Ventura Mission and it could not be more of a perfect place for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised as a member of this church but I am a Mormon because I believe. I know that Jesus Christ is my savior and everything I do is because of Him. What a great blessing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints has been in my life and especially as I have dedicated my life to the church and the gospel.

How I live my faith

I have been attending a Young Single Adult ward in my YSA Stake in Mesa. I have enjoyed it so much! I most recently served a Break the Fast Co-chair which means me and my co-chair are in charge of putting together a meal to feed our whole ward after the block every Fast Sunday. That has been a blast because I love cooking and it has been fun to put together a meal to feed about 125 people each month. It is just great because every month we have a time set aside to eat and spend time with members of our ward.
