Hi I'm Mitchell Usevitch

I'm from Gilbert Arizona, a Volleyball player, called to serve a mission in the Canada Edmonton Mission, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I play Volleyball, I played four years in High school. I enjoy just really playing any sport...including boche ball. I like wake boarding, as a pearly recreational sport. I really most of all enjoy adventures. In fact I'm going on a two year Adventure, or Mission to Edmonton Canada. I have a great family, and we love doing things together! it's way neat to have one of those these days! I have great examples all around me, and great friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I feel that one of the reasons I feel that I am so strong in the church is because I've learned to be thankful, and count my blessings. Along with many great examples: church leaders, parents, and peers, I've really learned to work hard and be diligent in doing what is right. when I get discouraged or question my faith, all I have to do is look back at my life and see gods hand in my life. I learn that his commandments are true, I know he knows me, and as long as I grow so will my testimony, that I know that this church is true.

How I live my faith

In church for a while my brother's and I where the self appointed service comity! it seemed like every service project, wedding reception, a move, me and my brothers would be there to go and serve, we usually where some of the first to show up, and one of the last to leave, it was a lot of work, but we had fun...most the time. I also held somewhat of a leader position in the church over some young men, and did my best at being an example, and strengthening my peers.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Mitchell Usevitch
There are many times people think Mormons only help other Mormon, However just the other day I was talking to a individual, who was not LDS, and he talked about an old house he use to live in, and he was surrounded by Mormons, and they where the nicest people, and would always help him and his family invite them over for dinner, and just help them. No Mormons just don't help Mormons, they help everyone, and especially those in need. Show more Show less
