Hi I'm Taylor

I'm a student. I'm a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just finished my Freshmen year at college and am taking a break for two years so that I can serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love to play sports, mostly volleyball and basketball, but really any sport. I enjoy spending time with friends, reading, chilling, and just enjoying life in general. I love the scriptures and the peace that the Gospel brings into my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that it is the only way that I can keep myself going in the right direction in life. I was raised a member of the church and have been taught from the Book of Mormon my entire life. There has never been many doubts for me that it was true, but I have had several experiences that have strengthened my testimony and I can say without a doubt that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and that I have been taught the true Gospel of Christ. I have studied it, I have taught it, and by living it and following the commandments I can say without a doubt that I know of its surety; that the Gospel is true.

How I live my faith

In my ward, I try to serve in whatever way I can by fulfilling my callings and doing the things I am asked of by my leaders. As I have grown up, I have served with my peers in leadership positions over youth my age. Recently I served as a teacher for a "Gospel Doctrine" class in my ward at school. I have helped to organize activities for the youth when I was a teenager and a few while I was away at school.
