Hi I'm Courtney

I'm 20 years old. I'm on the BYU Gymnastics Team. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

C-compete on the BYU Gymnastics Team O-once I spent 2 weeks in Guatemala doing humanitarian work, one of the best experience of my life! U-understands a little bit of French and Spanish, and soon Japanese!! R-really likes talking to and meeting new people T-takes pre medical school classes at BYU N-nervous but extremely excited to serve a mission in Japan E-enjoys traveling the world. I love seeing a new country and culture! Y-yes, I am aware this was cheesy but its the only idea that came to my mind :)

Why I am a Mormon

I am mormon because I know the happiness this religion brings to my life. My whole life I have grown up in the church. My parents dragged me to church and let me live off of their testiomnies. It wasn't until I moved away to Marthas Vinyard Massachusetts that I really grew a testimony for myself. Out there on the island I was one of about 25 Mormons. Most people didnt even know what a Mormon was. Through explaining my religion to people around me, I was finally able to see the difference it made in my life. It gave me hope, it dave me joy, and it gave me peace. One of my favorite doctrines from my religion is how families can be together forever. My family is so important to me. I love them with all my heart. This gosple provides a way for me and my family to live together forever. What could be better than that?

How I live my faith

This religion is the most important thing in my life. I love it with all my heart! I participate in my religion by serving a mission. I am going to be serving a mission in the Tokyo South mission the end of June.
