Hi I'm Hannah

I'm a collegiate volleyball player, I am a missionary, I have Lupus, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm happy, constantly joking, and always have an appetite. I played collegiate volleyball for four years and will always love playing volleyball. I was diagnosed with Lupus when I was 12, and never let is stop me from enjoying the things that I love. Life is too good to go through it unhappily. The small moments add up to making each day a good day. I love my family and an excited about it expanding! Over the last few years I have began to enjoy the outdoors more than I ever thought I would. If I could i would travel the world, and I hope to do so someday. I am tall, 6'1, and just learned my hair is dark-blonde..I always thought it was light brown thanks to one of my companions. I am currently serving a full-time mission in the Philadelphia Pennsylvania and have been reassigned to the Priesthood Restoration Site.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because it gives me purpose in life. Through certain situations I have turned to my Heavenly Father and my Savior Jesus Christ for help and comfort, and I have felt their guidance and strength. I have felt their love for me individually. This gospel helps me understand what God has set for each of us. Each time I read the scriptures I find something to guide me and give me new perspective on my life. I have built a relationship with God and Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to follow teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ. These teachings always bring peace and joy to every day. We all mess, up, we all have the times where we wish we could have done better, but the blessing of the Atonement is that we can continue trying and being better! I love being around others and always try to see things positively. Right now I am now serving a mission for the church in Philadelphia Pennsylvania for the 18 months, sharing the message of joy that living the gospel brings to others.
