Hi I'm Melissa

I love architecture and traveling. I enjoy playing soccer, skiing, and spending time outdoors. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am an identical twin. I am a happy and optimistic person. I enjoy learning and trying new things. I have a passion for design. I am currently attending college..studying residential architecture and graphic design. I love my family, they are my best friends. I enjoy spending time with them outdoors, dirt biking, camping, hiking, and skiing. I am an athlete. I am grateful for the talents and abilities I've been given. I've been playing soccer since I was five years old and I currently play collegiate level soccer..I love it. I enjoy traveling, especially to Alberta, Canada. I love life!

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel brings happiness to my life. When I strive to follow the Church standards, I can see and feel a major difference in my life compared to when I am not following them. The gospel has helped me understand my purpose here on Earth and where I am going after this life. I know that without Temples we would not be able to be sealed with our families for all eternity. The Temple is very important to me. And being able to attend the Temple has blessed my life. The Church can answer important questions that many people have--"Why do bad things happen to good people?" and "What is my purpose here on Earth?" With the gospel, many(if not all) questions such as these need go unanswered. Being a Mormon has blessed my life in many ways..I couldn't be more grateful for the gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by putting the Lord first before anything else. I do this everyday by praying, studying His teachings from The Book of Mormon and Bible, following inspired promptings I receive, and by loving and serving those around me. I love the gospel. I attend the Temple as often as I can. At the Temple I am able to be at peace and feel the love my Heavenly Father has for me. Overall I'm grateful for the gospel in my life, the Temple, and for the opportunity I have to attend Church each Sunday.
