Hi I'm Tyler

I grew up in Idaho, I'm serving a mission in Spain, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play sports and I am willing to try any sport! I love my family and friends and I love to help others. I also love to be outside and in the outdoors doing things from hiking and hunting to backpacking and rafting. I also believe in learning new things everyday and being a lifetime learner.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and I feel that by being a part of this church and being a Mormon has influenced my life for the better. Friends have always questioned of how I could have any fun while following all the rules or beliefs that I have. My answer to them is always that in the long run, even though what they are doing now may seem fun, it can always lead to things that can harm or even ruin a person's life. I am a Mormon because by following the beliefs that i have established through the church, it has lead me to a happier, overall healthier life! I know that it is tough being a Mormon sometimes but I know this is the true church. I have asked my Heavenly Father in humble prayer and He has shown to me through feelings and in thought that this is the true church. I also know that anyone who has a desire to know if this is the true church, I would ask them to ask their Father in Heaven if it is true and even if your answer doesn't come as quickly as you want it, by having faith in your Heavenly Father, He will answer your prayer and testify to you like it has to me that it is true and I say these things in the name of our loving Father in Heaven, Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday and by the things I say or do throughout my day. I believe that by being an example you can be an amazing missionary no matter where you are! I have had several leadership callings in the church which has strengthened my testimony of being an example. As of right now I am teaching a class of children who are seven turning eight before I depart for a two year full time mission this summer. By serving a full time mission I feel that is how i am living my faith.
