Hi I'm Jack

I grew up on a farm in Southern Idaho, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated in a class of 67 students from my high school this year, and will be attending Utah State University in the future. During high school I was very involved in sports, baseball, basketball, and football, as well as clubs such as FFA. I intend to major in Economics at Utah State, after I return from a 2 year mission I have been called to serve in London, England.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this church brings more peace, comfort, and happiness to me than anything else possibly could. Several people who were close to me have passed away, but because I have a knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ I know that I will see these people again in their most perfect state. I am not a perfect individual, nor am I close to that, but I know that because Jesus Christ died for me, if I do all I can to do the things necessary to return to Him, He will make up the difference. My Savior died for me so that I could live in my Heavenly Father's presence with my family for all Eternity. I feel extremely blessed to be a member of this Church.

How I live my faith

I have been active in my local ward my entire life. I have had the opportunity to perform many acts of service along with the other youth in my ward as I have grown up. I am looking forward very excitedly to the 2 year mission I have been called to serve in London, England. I consider it a splendid opportunity to put my education and really everything else on hold and go serve the Lord for 2 years.
