Hi I'm Peri

I'm a dreamer. I love to laugh. I'm a missionary in San Pablo, Philippines. I'm Mormon.

About Me

I'm one of those people who generally love life. I love meeting new people and growing from what I get to take away from them. I go to college and absolutely love it. I grew up playing soccer and still play it any chance I get. I enjoy the outdoors and being active. I like to have a lot on my plate, otherwise I get anxious.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I can't see my life without this Church. I know that the church is true, 100%. I have had times where I've wondered if this religion is meant for me and I have come to the conclusion that I couldn't live without it. It's everything all the time. It's not just a religion, its a way of life. Life would be easier without this religion but it wouldn't be worth living. Bold statement, I know. I believe it though. My religion gives me everything I need in order to feel complete. That empty hole, that searching, the confusion? All gone. I'm young but I'm passionate about this gospel because I know its true. I am so grateful to have something worth being passionate over. This gospel is my rock. It gives me stability and strength to live at a higher standard. That strength has and will propel me to do greater things. I know because I have seen my life when I have lived in accordance with the gospel and I have seen it when I haven't. There is a difference and that difference is why I continue to live this gospel.

How I live my faith

I'm serving a mission in San Pablo, Philippines and feel so blessed that I get to do the Lord's work. I hope to always be a missionary and have my tag permanently on my heart, constantly sharing the good word.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon isn't weird, I promise. It's different but not that much. We focus on the family a lot. I spend time with my family and really develop bonds with them. There also is a lot of service but it is really rewarding service. We also go on missions for a period of time. In that time we spread the gospel and share with the world what we believe. We want others to have the happiness that we have and thats what our missionary work is all about. Show more Show less
