Hi I'm Jeff

I love playing soccer, spending time with my family, and learning.

About Me

Hello! The first thing you should know about me is that I love sports! I love watching, playing, and learning about all sports. Basketball, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Golf, you name it I've played it and love learning about it. I love learning about what makes teams and players successful, and what strategies work on the court/field. I grew up playing soccer since I was little and competed at the local, state, and regional level. I also love spending time with my family, and I do just about everything with them. They are some of my closest friends and I love watching TV, going out to eat, playing games, and going on vacation with them. I just finished my first year of college, and I am excited to be serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for the next two years!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it brings me happiness. There are so many ways to try to find happiness in this world, but living the Gospel of Jesus Christ completely is the only true way to have lasting happiness in this life. There are so many things out there that promise to bring happiness, but they only bring temporary pleasure or satisfaction. I've gotten caught up trying to find many different ways to have happiness, but I have found, and I know, that lasting and real happiness only comes from the living the complete Gospel of Jesus Christ as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to improve myself. As a kid I struggled to talk to others, and to communicate my feelings, and that is something I've tried to improve on is just being able to talk to and find common ground with anyone and everyone I meet. I live my faith by trying to improve myself so I can help those around me. I do this by setting goals for myself, and following through on them. I enjoy the opportunities I'm given to serve other people in my neighborhood, and to serve my fellow church members as an instructor at church. It used to seem hard to live righteously, but now I love and enjoy living my faith!
