Hi I'm Jack Bradford

I'm from Idaho. I love the country side and outdoors. I'm an avid baseball fan. I'm a missionary in Argentina and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been a Mormon all my life and love the Gospel very much. I go to college at Brigham Young University where I am studying Physiology and Developmental Biology in preparation for Medical school. I come from a family of 6, including me. I have 3 younger sisters and a pet cat, Cookie. I'm very big into sports; I love to watch them and go out and play them with friends. My friends are very important to me and I love them to death! I now have the opportunity to serve my Lord as I serve a mission in Bahia Blanca, Argentina. I love my God and the people of Argentina and am so excited to serve!!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because as I have come to know that this is the true church of Christ it has brought me blessings and happiness that I know would not be in my life without the Gospel. I am a Mormon because the people in my life are great examples of Christ-like figures and really push me to be better. Their testimonies of the Church are so great that the Spirit of God is very apparent in their appearances and that is how I want people to look at me. God has blessed me and my family more than I could have ever imagined. He answered our prayers as my mother was going through cancer treatments she was going through and helped her become healthy again. I know that God lives and Jesus Christ lives and they both love everyone on this earth more than any one can ever love. They want us to make it back to Them and will forgive us of our sins through Christ's Atonement. Through God we can be made perfect just as he is. I know that Joseph Smith was chosen to restore this true church in the latter days and that he translated the Book of Mormon by the power of God. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and goes hand in hand with the Bible. I know this church is true with all my heart. I've read the book of Mormon and prayed about it and have come to know of my self that it is the most true book on this earth. This is my testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and nobody on this earth can take it from me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be a great example of Jesus Christ. I know that people watch me because of my faith and so I must live my life in harmony to the gospel. I try to be the best example of a Christ-like being I can be. I also try to serve people when I can. I look for ways to help my family around the house, my friends when they need it and random strangers just like Jesus did. During my freshman year at college my roommate and I were able to be assigned to go meet with some friends once a month just to see how they were doing and help them with whatever they needed. Also during our church meetings on Sundays I was able to teach a class once a month and since I wanted to serve my classmates as best I could I would prepare my lessons early in the week and go over them a couple times to make sure they were they best they could be. Now as I serve a mission I get to show the people of Argentina how I live my faith as well.
