Hi I'm Dallas

I grew up in Idaho. I have been called on a mission to Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

During high school, I enjoyed playing tennis and basketball (Go Bruins). I learned about the gospel during high school in Seminary, now I am serving in Spokane, Washington. I've had the opportunity to attend two sessions of EFY and two tennis camps in Provo. I enjoy playing and watching sports, reading, and being with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

When I have followed the gospel of Jesus Christ, I have been blessed with the guidance of the Holy Ghost. I know Joseph Smith had a vision of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Joseph Smith was chosen to be the prophet to bring about the Restoration. The Book of Mormon was written for the benefit of those on the Earth today. Heavenly Father sent his son, Jesus Christ, to overcome physical and spiritual death. Christ is at the center of the Plan of Salvation. I feel the spirit when I follow Him.

How I live my faith

Bishop taught us that the best thing we can do is to do something for someone that they can't do for themselves. He assigned us to visit widows in our ward on a weekly basis to see how we can help them. This has been a great blessing to each of us, and we have made new friends. Every Sunday, we have the opportunity to bless and pass the sacrament. This helps us to learn more about this sacred ordinance and about the Savior.
